Lunch Information

We continue our partnership with the Guilderland School District to provide lunches to our students.

Families will receive a monthly reminder when each new menu is ready for review and ordering.

Families will need to log in to their FACTS Family Portal to place lunch orders.

👉 Important: When placing orders, please be sure to click “Submit” at the end of your order — if you do not, your order will not be saved, and your child will not receive a school lunch.

Please note that we do not prepare or store meals on-site. Although we may occasionally provide a bagel or snacks, availability is not guaranteed.

Each Full Lunch Includes

  • One Hot or Cold Entrée
  • One Fruit
  • One Vegetable
  • One Milk

Cold entrée schedule:

  • Mon / Wed / Fri: Bagel
  • Tues / Thurs: Chef’s Salad

Ordering Details

Lunch ordering is optional and can be done monthly or up to a week in advance.

  • Week-ahead orders are due by Monday for the following week.
  • Once the deadline passes, ordering will no longer be available.
  • Late orders cannot be accepted, and no extra lunches are available.

Guilderland is committed to providing nutritious and balanced lunches for all students.

How to Order Lunch

  1. Log in to your Family Portal at www.factsmgt.com / 
    District Code: SMSS-NY
  2. Click the three bars in the top left corner.
  3. Select Student → Lunch Menu and Ordering.
  4. Change to the correct month, then select Month View.
  5. Click + Create Web Order.
  6. Click your child’s name.
  7. Select each day you want to order and choose one menu item.
  8. Scroll down and click Submit.
  9. Repeat for each child in your household.

To View Your FULLY SUBMITTED Orders

  1. Return to your Family Portal.
  2. Select Lunch.
  3. Your completed orders will appear HIGHLIGHTED IN BLUE.
