Mrs. Benninger

Hello! I has taught K-5 music at Saint Madeleine Sophie since 2022 and I love seeing her students learn and grow through their years at SMS.   I am graduate of Siena College with a bachelor’s degree in creative arts and minor in English and of SUNY Schenectady School of Music with an associate’s degree in performing arts with a concentration in violin.

I also have a studio of private violin students and sing as a soprano with the Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception in Albany’s choir where I have worked with their youth choirs over the past few years.  I have also been a member of the Music Company Orchestra for seven years and currently serve as principal second violin.
