Welcome to St. Madeleine Sophie School!

It is my joy and privilege to introduce you to our extraordinary Catholic elementary school, where we serve students ranging from our youngest Three-year-old Pre-K friends to our Fifth-grade student leaders. My name is Kelly (Farry) Sloan, and I am the proud principal of St. Madeleine Sophie School.

My journey with SMS began as a Kindergarten student and culminated with my graduation from the eighth grade, class of 1985. I am also the mother of three daughters, all proud SMS alumni. When my youngest daughter entered Kindergarten, I returned to SMS as the third-grade teacher. After six wonderful years in the classroom, I was humbled and honored to step into the role of principal at our beloved school.

This rich history has given me a profound affection for SMS and a deep sense of responsibility to uphold the high standards and legacy for which our school is known. As our school song says, “St. Madeleine Sophie is our school and our home.” That sentiment resonates deeply with me, as SMS is truly my second home, and my love for our school family runs deep.

I am blessed to lead a dedicated and highly qualified faculty and staff who are passionate about their faith, their profession, and the mission we serve. Together, we bring innovation, differentiation, and collaboration into every aspect of our work, ensuring our students receive the outstanding education that sets SMS apart.
